Stress is unavoidable as it comes and goes throughout our journey of life. The stress response is the body’s way of protecting us. When working properly, it helps us to stay focus, energetic, and alert. But beyond a certain point, stress stops being helpful and starts causing major damage to our health, mood, productivity, relationships, and quality of life.

 

It’s important to learn how to recognize when our stress levels are out of control. If taken lightly, stress can lead to serious depression if left untreated for a longer period of time.

 

The signs and symptoms of stress overload :-

  • Moodiness
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Sense of loneliness and isolation
  • Depression or unhappy with no apparent reasons
  • Agitation, irritability and short temper
  • Constant worrying
  • Lose of appetite

During the first consultation, I will assess the appropriate course of treatment and discuss the different methods available to you. Consultation will include various colour techniques to get to the root cause of any emotional issues which are holding you back. Some of the colour techniques used are chromotherapy, colour reflexology, silk scarves, art therapy, aromatherapy, colour visualisation and colour crystal.
